This policy covers where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens when a shipment goes wrong. It applies to every order placed on vantageaminos.co.
Where We Ship
- United States only.
- Physical street addresses only. PO boxes are rejected at checkout and an order cannot be completed with one.
- We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or package-reshipping services.
If your billing and shipping addresses differ, both must be complete and accurate. We may hold an order for verification where they do not match.
Methods and Cost
- Free Shipping: no charge on orders of $250 or more, calculated on the order subtotal before shipping and tax. Dispatched on the Ground Priority service.
- Ground Priority: $20 flat rate. Typical transit 2 to 3 business days.
- 2-Day Air: $30 flat rate. Typical transit 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping is charged per order, not per item. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping charges are subject to Texas sales tax where it applies.
Processing Time
An order is prepared for dispatch once payment confirms. Bitcoin and stablecoin payments confirm automatically. Payments verified by hand, including Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle, release once we confirm receipt, usually within a few hours during business hours.
We dispatch Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. An order confirming after the day’s final carrier pickup goes out the next business day. The transit times above start when the carrier scans the package, not when you place the order.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the address on your account when the shipping label is generated. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to post its first scan. If tracking has not updated 48 hours after dispatch, email [email protected] with your order number.
Packaging
Shipments go out in plain outer packaging. Vials are sealed and labeled per research-use requirements. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with cold-chain packaging. Lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature across the transit times above; store it as directed on the product page once it arrives.
Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
You are responsible for the address you enter. We ship to the address on the order exactly as submitted, and we cannot redirect a package after dispatch.
- A package returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once you supply a corrected address. Reshipment is charged at the original shipping rate.
- A package refused at delivery is handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. The outbound shipping charge is not refunded.
- Where an address error makes a package unrecoverable by the carrier, the order cannot be refunded.
Lost, Delayed, and Damaged Shipments
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. We will still work the claim with you.
- Damaged in transit: email [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery scan with your order number and photographs of the outer box and the contents. We replace or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with your carrier and with anyone else at the address, then contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We open a carrier trace. Resolution follows the carrier’s finding.
- Delayed in transit: carrier backlogs, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of the shipping charge. Contact us if a package has shown no movement for 5 business days.
Taxes
Texas sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where it applies. Shipping charges are taxable in Texas.
