These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vantageaminos.co and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Stratum Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Vantage Aminos (“Vantage Aminos,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold on this website are intended for research and identification purposes only. These products are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion.
Products are chemical reagents supplied for in vitro testing, laboratory research, and scientific study. They are not drugs, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food additives. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not approved for any diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans or animals.
You may not resell, relabel, distribute, or transfer any product for human or animal consumption, and you may not represent any product as suitable for such use. Breach of this section terminates your right to use the site and voids any open order.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must be purchasing for yourself or an organization engaged in laboratory, academic, or institutional research, and you must be qualified to handle and store research chemicals safely.
- You must provide a company or organization name and identify your field of research at checkout.
- You must provide a physical shipping address in the United States.
We may request documentation of research affiliation and may refuse or cancel any order where eligibility is not established.
3. Accounts
An account is required to place an order. Guest checkout is not available. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
We may suspend or close an account that supplies false information, breaches these terms, or is associated with a fraudulent payment or dispute. See our Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy.
4. Acknowledgments Made at Checkout
Every order requires you to affirm, by checkbox, that:
- you are 21 or older;
- the products you are purchasing shall not be used for human therapeutic purposes and are for research purposes only; and
- you accept these Terms and Conditions.
We record each affirmation against your order with the IP address and timestamp at which it was given. That record is part of the order file and may be produced in a payment dispute or a regulatory inquiry.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any federal, state, or local law that applies to you.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts, or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or republish site content, product data, or certificates of analysis without written permission.
- Do not submit reviews, questions, or other content describing human or animal use, dosing, or observed effects. Such content is removed.
6. Products, Pricing, and Order Acceptance
Product listings use scientific nomenclature and describe chemical identity, presentation, and handling requirements. Listings are not therapeutic claims and must not be read as any.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable Texas sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Where a price, description, or stock level is published in error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust the affected order with a full refund of any amount paid.
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it does not accept your offer. A contract forms only when we dispatch the order. We may decline or limit any order, including on grounds of quantity, eligibility, address, or payment risk.
7. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and described on our How to Pay page. An order is released for fulfillment only after payment confirms. Orders paid by a method that requires manual verification stay on hold until we confirm receipt. Where a payment arrives short of the order total, we contact you for the difference before dispatch. Any fee charged to you by your own wallet, bank, or payment application is yours to bear.
8. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
We ship to physical street addresses in the United States. PO boxes are rejected at checkout. Methods, costs, and transit times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Claims for a package that arrives damaged, or that tracking shows as delivered but you did not receive, are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
You are responsible for compliance with any law of your state or locality restricting receipt or possession of a compound you order.
9. Handling and Storage
You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of every product you receive, and for the training and safety of anyone who handles it in your facility. Products must be kept in their original labeled containers, stored as directed on the product page, and kept away from anyone not qualified to handle research chemicals.
10. Certificates of Analysis
Where a certificate is available for a product, it reports batch-verified HPLC and mass spectrometry results issued by the testing laboratory under contract to the manufacturer. A certificate describes the chemical identity and purity of the batch tested. It is not a statement of fitness for any use, and we make no claim of independent or buyer-contracted testing.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are supplied as-is for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No warranty of suitability for any application is given, and none may be inferred from any product page, certificate, article, or support response.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratum Ventures LLC and its members, officers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for any damage, injury, claim, or loss arising from misuse, improper handling, unlawful use, or any use of a product in or on a human or animal.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Stratum Ventures LLC and its members, officers, and agents against any claim, demand, loss, liability, fine, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your handling or use of any product, your resale or transfer of any product, or your violation of any law.
14. Intellectual Property
Site content, including text, images, product photography, and the Vantage Aminos name and marks, is owned by Stratum Ventures LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. 16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms. The version in effect on the date you place an order governs that order. The revision date appears below. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and your orders.
