Common Questions

Why can I not pay with a credit card?

Card networks have blanket policies against peptide research suppliers regardless of RUO status. We are actively working with specialty processors to add card support. Join our waitlist to be notified when card payments go live.

How quickly does my order ship after I pay?

Bitcoin and stablecoin orders confirm automatically and ship within 1 hour. P2P payments (Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle) are verified manually — expect 1–2 hours during business hours. Email your payment screenshot to [email protected] to expedite.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. P2P transfers never expose your full banking details to us. Crypto transactions are pseudonymous by design. We do not store payment credentials of any kind.

What if I send the wrong amount?

For crypto: send the exact amount shown. Overpayments are credited as store credit; underpayments require a correction before shipment. For P2P: contact support immediately at [email protected].
