Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged shipment or an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
- Issues reported within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date, with the order number and photos of the problem.
Not Eligible
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
How to Report an Issue
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) in question, photos, and a brief description. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Do not ship anything back without first receiving a return authorization from our team.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the original purchase. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error or a defective product. When a return is authorized, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
