Returns
Research compounds cannot be returned once they have shipped. A unit that leaves our custody has left a controlled chain: we cannot verify how it was stored, whether its seal was broken, or whether its contents were altered. Returning it to saleable inventory would compromise the integrity of every order that followed. This is a materials-handling rule, not a service preference, and it applies regardless of order value.
Nothing may be shipped back to us without a return authorization issued by our team. Unauthorized returns are refused and are not refunded.
What We Replace or Refund
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or leaking.
- Products shipped in error, meaning you received an item other than the one on your order.
- Orders short-shipped against the packing list.
- Orders a carrier trace confirms were lost in transit.
- Pre-formulated pens that arrive warm, meaning the cold pack is fully spent and the pen is at ambient temperature on delivery. Photograph the pack and the pen before refrigerating and report it the same day.
Report any of these within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date, or for a package with no delivery scan, within 48 hours of the carrier confirming it lost, with your order number and photographs of the outer box, the packing list, and the product. Email [email protected]. We answer within one business day.
What We Do Not Refund
- Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered with, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or warm.
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after the confirmed delivery date.
- Items bought on clearance or marked final sale.
- Orders the carrier cannot recover because of an address error made at checkout.
- A change of research plan, or a compound that did not suit your application.
- Results obtained in your own testing. We stand behind the identity and purity of the batch as described on its product page, including its certificate of analysis where one is published, not behind any outcome you observe.
Cancelling an Order
An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch. Email [email protected] with your order number. Once a shipping label has been generated the order cannot be cancelled.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
A package returned to us because it was refused, or because the address was wrong or incomplete, is refunded for product value only, less the outbound shipping charge, and only where the outer packaging arrives back intact and unopened. A reshipment in place of a refund is charged at the original shipping rate, and is not offered on pre-formulated pens, which cannot be resold after a return trip out of refrigeration.
How Refunds Are Issued
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different method or a different account.
- Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the original purchase.
- Peer-to-peer refunds are returned through the same application, to the same handle the payment came from.
- Network, transfer, and application fees charged to you by your wallet, bank, or payment application are not refundable.
Shipping Charges
Outbound shipping is not refundable unless the fault was ours or the product was defective. Where a return is authorized, return shipping is your cost unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
Disputes
Contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Our Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy sets out the process, the time limits, and the records we retain.

All products sold on this website are intended for research and identification purposes only. These products are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion. Purchasers must be 21 or older and must be acquiring products for laboratory, academic, or institutional research.
