What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Research use only. All compounds are for laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary use. 21+. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate scientific study.
What is the purity of your compounds?
Where a lot has been tested, purity and testing methodology are documented in its batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, published on that product page. Where a lot carries no certificate, the page says so rather than implying one exists.
Where are your compounds sourced?
We source exclusively from verified suppliers with documented quality control processes including HPLC and mass spectrometry verification. Supplier documentation is maintained on file for every lot that has it.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
On the lots that carry one, yes. Those product pages publish the batch-specific COA directly, and you can also request it from the Request a COA form. A certificate names compound identity, purity percentage, testing methodology, and batch number. Products without one, including the pre-formulated pens, make no testing claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
At checkout, select Bitcoin or USDC/USDT. Bitcoin payments generate a BTCPay invoice with a QR code and exact amount. Your order confirms automatically once the transaction is verified, typically within minutes. Stablecoin payments display a wallet address and exact amount on screen; send the exact amount from your wallet and your order confirms after verification.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within a few hours of payment confirmation. Ground Priority is 2 to 3 business days and 2-Day Air is 1 to 2 business days within the United States.
How is my order packaged?
All compounds ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Vials and pens are sealed and labeled per RUO requirements. Pre-formulated pens ship cold packed and belong in refrigeration at 2 to 8°C on arrival.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only.
Account & Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged shipment or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
