What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Research use only. All compounds are for laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary use. 18+. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate scientific study.
What is the purity of your compounds?
All compounds in our catalog are third-party tested. Purity levels and testing methodology are documented in the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA), available for every batch — request it from any product page. We do not carry compounds without verified COA documentation.
Where are your compounds sourced?
We source exclusively from verified suppliers with documented quality control processes including HPLC and mass spectrometry verification. Supplier documentation is maintained on file for every product we carry.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. Every product page shows its verification readout, and the batch-specific COA is available on request from the product page or the Request a COA form. The COA includes compound identity, purity percentage, testing methodology, and batch number.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin, USDC and USDT stablecoins, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo. Card networks have blanket policies against peptide research suppliers regardless of RUO status, so standard credit-card checkout is not available. See How to Pay for rail-by-rail instructions.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
At checkout, select Bitcoin or USDC/USDT. Bitcoin payments generate a BTCPay invoice with a QR code and exact amount — your order confirms automatically once the transaction is verified, typically within minutes. Stablecoin payments display a wallet address and exact amount on screen; send the exact amount from your wallet and your order confirms after verification.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days within the continental US. Expedited options available at checkout.
How is my order packaged?
All compounds are shipped in discrete, unmarked packaging. Products are properly sealed and labeled per RUO requirements. Cold-chain packaging is used for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is under evaluation — contact us if you are outside the US and we will advise on availability.
Account & Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged shipment or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
