Start with the COA link on the product page or our published batch records. Availability varies by product and format. Pre-formulated pens currently have no published batch-specific COA on their listings; a vial report does not document a pen or spray.
Tell us the product name, format, quantity and any batch number shown on your label. Include your order number if you have already ordered. We will check what documentation is available, usually within one business day, and tell you if we cannot supply a matching report.
