IGF-1 LR3 Spray delivers the long-acting IGF-1 analog (with N-terminal methionine extension and Glu→Arg substitution at position 3) as a ready-to-use nasal spray solution. The modifications reduce IGF-binding protein (IGFBP) affinity ~1000-fold compared to native IGF-1, extending bioavailability in biological systems.
Supplied at 1 mg strength, ready to spray. Used for research protocols where intranasal delivery of an IGFBP-resistant IGF-1 analog is the experimental variable.
